As soon as ATjewelry has received a receipt of your transaction we will proceed the order. AT jewelry will produce and ship your purchased items in the shortest time possible. We operate Monday to Friday with the exception of public holidays.

DELIVERY TO COUNTRIES OUTSIDE THE EU MAY BE SUBJECT TO LOCAL IMPORT TAXES, WHICH ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITY. IF SO, THE SHIPPING COMPANY MAY CONTACT YOU ONCE YOUR ITEMS ARE IN CUSTOMS TO LET YOU KNOW THE COST. BE AWARE THAT THIS MAY DELAY YOUR DELIVERY TIME AS GOODS HELD AT CUSTOMS WILL BE YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO PAY THE NECESSARY CHARGES FOR LOCAL AUTHORITIES TO RELEASE THE GOODS. ANY CUSTOMS OR IMPORT DUTIES ARE CHARGED ONCE THE PARCEL REACHES ITS DESTINATION COUNTRY. THESE CHARGES MUST BE PAID BY THE RECIPIENT OF THE PARCEL. UNFORTUNATELY, WE HAVE NO CONTROL OVER THESE CHARGES, AND CANNOT TELL YOU WHAT THE COST WOULD BE, AS CUSTOMS POLICIES AND IMPORT DUTIES VARY WIDELY FROM COUNTRY TO COUNTRY. THE CUSTOMER TAKES FULL LIABILITY FOR ALL POSTAL CHARGES, RETURN SHIPMENT COSTS, CUSTOMS CHARGES AND HANDLING FEES SHOULD THEY REFUSE TO ACCEPT A PARCEL DUE TO IMPORT DUTIES OR TAXES. PLEASE NOTE - WE CANNOT UNDERVALUE ORDERS, OR MARK THEM AS A GIFT.

RETURNING YOUR PURCHASE
AT will accept returns for orders for refund in their original condition within 14 days of receipt of your order. Returned jewelries must also include the original box. Jewelries with any sign of wear will not be accepted for a return. Original shipping costs are non–refundable. Please note that we are unable to provide shipping labels or reimbursement for international returns, and any duties or taxes collected upon delivery will be non refundable. AT jewelry reserves the right to refuse any return on merchandise that does not meet the above requirements. If your return is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your
expense and a refund will not be issued. We appreciate your understanding. If you would like to request a return, please use our online return service.  Please do not ship your return back without this authorization, as it will not be processed. We strongly advise all customers to check items thoroughly upon receipt before wearing. Please notify us immediately by email if you receive any item which is defective, damaged or missing.
